Our team endeavours to deliver your website within 1 – 5 business days.

After you've entered the details of our Questionnaire, our team will get to work on delivering your brand new e-commerce website. Depending on the Package and complexity that you've selected, we'll need 1 – 5 business days.

Most of our stores are delivered within 48 hours.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We only accept same day cancellations. In an event where an order was placed by accident, please contact us at contact@Savally.com within 4 hours from the time of order.

 

DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of fulfilment. Given the unique nature of each order, our team will be required to evaluated the claims on a case-by-case basis.

No Refunds

We reserve the rights to refuse refund applications in the event these requests are late, phoney, or exploitative. Refund applications should be sent to contact@Savally.com.
